Future Group is named among the list of Diversity Council of Australia (DCA) 2025 – 2026 Inclusive Employers, recognising employers creating meaningful change.

This acknowledgement recognises Future Group’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.

The recognition follows Future Group’s participation in the Inclusive Employer Index, run by DCA and Diversity Atlas.

The Inclusive Employer Index is an in-depth workplace survey that measures employee diversity and inclusion experiences. Participating in the survey allows Future Group to evaluate the current state of inclusion in our workplace and compare it to the DCA member benchmarks. This data is important because it allows us to identify where we can improve, as well as allowing us to demonstrate our achievements.

To be recognised as an Inclusive Employer, organisations must exceed the National Index Benchmark across several key diversity and inclusion areas.

Future Group Head of Sustainability & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Steve James said: “Inclusion is one of our core values at Future Group. We know our business thrives on diverse perspectives and experiences, but only when people feel empowered and safe to bring their whole selves to work.

“Our goal is for everyone who joins Future Group, regardless of background, to feel valued and supported. That’s what inclusion means to us. Our team is dedicated to driving DEIB forward and being named as a DCA Inclusive Employer is wonderful recognition for all their hard work.”

“We don’t see DEIB as an add on or nice to have, diversity and inclusion are core to the way we work, who we are and how we do business.”

Commenting on the announcement of the 2025 - 2026 Inclusive Employers, DCA Chief Executive Catherine Hunter said: “DCA’s Inclusive Employer Index shines a spotlight on employers who are creating meaningful change and inspiring others to follow their lead.

“The Inclusive Employer Index is more than just a diagnostic tool. It’s a chance to reflect on areas of growth, plan next steps, and celebrate your organisation’s diversity and inclusion.”
